Congratulations, you found the secret message.

RAIN FOREST
As your boat turns the first corner, you enter the rain forest.

The plant life grows thick and bright on both of the river's banks. A gentle mist falls through the air all around you and giant butterflies float past.

FROM THE SCRIPT: "Over on the left we see some beautiful butterflies. Did you know that these butterflies can have a wingspan anywhere from 12 inches all the way up to one foot?"

"We're not entering the rain forest. Feel that mist on your face? Kind of cool... kind of nice? It's interesting to note that that mist carries the world's largest array of rare tropical bacteria. It's just one of those extras we provide for you on the Jungle Cruise."

INDIANA JONES ADVENTURE
NOTES FROM THE JUNGLE:
When Disneyland added the Indiana Jones Adventure attraction in 1995, it resulted in a pair of significant changes to the Jungle Cruise (on the older ride's 40th birthday). First, the river was rerouted to make room for the Indiana Jones Adventure's Temple of the Forbidden Eye show building. A scene involving several alligators approaching your boat was permanently removed. Second, the following year, the Jungle Cruise boats were redesigned, losing their crisp, clean white finish and colorful striped canopies in favor of an all-over tan and tarnished exterior to match the look of the Indiana Jones movies.
Looking to your right, the Temple of the Farbidden Eye, the show building for the Indiana Jones Adventure attraction, is visible through the trees. It's the only other Disneyland attraction you can ever see from your Jungle Cruise boat, but since the temple looks right at home in the Jungle, it doesn't really harm the themeing at all. On the other hand, though, the tourists waiting in the long line to get into ride don't exactly pass for Amazonian wildlife.

FROM THE SCRIPT: "Across the way, the mysterious 'Temple of the Forbidden Eye,' where the famed archeologist Indiana Jones is searching for one of the world's greatest treasues. As you can see, this dig has attracted the world's most eminent archeologists, historians, explorers, and journalists. And aren't they clever, disguising themselves as simple tourists."
