The official home page of the original Disney park and resort in California, including their page about the Jungle Cruise.
Walt Disney
World
Of course, Florida's Disney World has its official site too, also with a
Jungle
Cruise page. Please note, on
the page that lists all Magic Kingdom attractions, the Jungle Cruise
is included under the exciting category heading of "other attractions."
Tokyo
Disneyland
Mickey's home away-from-home in Japan's official website. The parks at
this resort are said to be really beautiful and state-of-the-art. Also,
though, they've got our Jungle
Cruise.
Hong Kong Disneyland
The Hong Kong version of our subject attraction bears the slightly different name "Jungle River Cruise." Check out the brief video of this version of the ride on this park's Adventureland page.
I'm sure there's an official Disneyland Paris site too. I'll link to it when they get around to building a Jungle Cruise there. Holding your breath is not recommended.
Here is a website about a can of beans riding the Jungle Cruise and touring the rest of Adventureland. Read it, enjoy it, just don't ask me to explain it.
Doombuggies.com
Chef Mayhem's ultimate tribute to The Haunted Mansion. Possibly the best
website ever dedicated to a single theme-park attraction and a big
influence on this site you're reading right now.
Tell No Tales
Also from Chef Mayhem, this time the Chef applies his skills to a site
about The Pirates of the Caribbean.
Walt Disney's 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea: The Ride
A detailed and heartfelt memorial to the greatest attraction ever shut down and paved over at Walt Disney World.
Rocknrollercoaster.com
You'd be Crazy if you didn't Walk this Way to The Other Side that has all the info you'd want about the one attraction that has Aerosmith fans Livin' On the Edge and tosses them around like a Rag Doll. Don't Want to Miss A Thing? Good, because this ain't the Same Old Song and Dance.
Towerofterror.org
Beyond this link is another dimension. A dimension of sound... a dimension of sight... a dimension of mind. You are moving into a land of both shadow and substance, of things and ideas. You've just crossed over into... The Twilight Zone.
The Space
Mountain Home Page
Lots of information about, and comparisons of, the various versions of
Disney's dark rollercoaster ride through the stratosphere.
Dedicated
to Walt Disney's Enchanted Tiki Room
A site once striving to preserve the attraction I consider sort of a
sister to the Jungle Cruise. Since Disneyland's Tiki Room seems safe for
now, this site is now more of a celebration of the famous place where the
birdies sing. Maybe they could turn their attention to reversing the
crassification of the Florida version?
the Great Movie Ride.com
Hooray for Hollywood! Journey into the movies with this tribute to Disney Hollywood Studios' (formerly Disney/MGM Studios) original headline attraction. This is one of the few rides that, like the Jungle Cruise, relies heavily on the performance of a real live castmember.
Inside the
Magic
This site is the home site of the Orlando-based Disney Podcast hosted by
Ricky Brigante. Ricky, like Skipper Brodie, was one of the 2007 Disney
Dream Jobs winners (in Ricky's case, in the Haunted Mansion butler
category). Inside the Magic covers anything related to Disney, including
info about the parks, news, contests, ride audio, and more! Of special
interest is episode
115 in which Brodie and several of the other Dream Job winners were on
as guests and talked in detail about the experience.
Orlando Attractions Magazine
Brigante's Magazine about all Orlando, Florida theme parks, with lots of Disney content.
Marc and Alice Davis Art, Inc.
The home page of Marc Davis, Disney artist who designed several of the
Jungle Cruise scenes, now run by his widow.
Yesterland
A rich, comprehensive site about all the great attractions that once graced Disneyland, but are now gone. Also included: the not-so-great ones.
Walt Dated World
Like the above, but focusing on Florida's Walt Disney World's defunct attractions (Oh! 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea! How I miss thee!)
Mouse Planet
A really good website for Disney info overall, but it's the weekly park updates that make this site indespensible for the park fan that wants to keep up with everything going on in America's Disney parks.
The City Desk
(Fake) News and (made-up) information about the (fictional) city in which
you (don't really) live. Edited by RJ White and very occasionally
featuring content by (skipper) Brodie Brockie.
Cap'n Wacky's Boatload of Fun
Co-founded by Brodie Brockie, this site presents new comedy every Friday
for your delights and diversion.
